Refunds and returns

1. Order Confirmation

Please ensure all order details are correct before checking out. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the items.

Order cancellations are only possible if your parcel has not been packed or shipped, and cancellation is not guaranteed.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at piggu.nails@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @piggu.nails. Address errors may cause delivery delays.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unopened, unused items within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Returns are only available for local Singapore orders. International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of defective or missing items (case-by-case).

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
Returns are not accepted for items not purchased directly from our official store.
An order number is required to process any return request.

3. Exchanges

We do not provide exchanges. Please submit a return request instead.

4. Missing, Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or missing items, please reach out within 3 business days with clear photos/videos.

5. Colour & Appearance Disclaimer

Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting. This is not considered a defect.

6. Nail Sticker Handling

Our stickers are made thin so they look seamless on the nail, which also makes them delicate. Please peel and apply with care.

We do not offer refunds for stickers that tear during removal or application.
If you need help, we are happy to provide guidance.

7. Sale Items & Price Adjustments

All discounted or promotional prices are final. We do not offer price adjustments after an order is placed.
