Shipping policy
1. Delivery Issues
We ship using third-party carriers such as SingPost or courier services. Once your parcel is handed over, delivery timing is outside our control.
Delayed or Stuck Parcels
Customers must check directly with the delivery carrier for updates or investigations. If unresolved, contact us and we will assist where possible.
Lost Parcels / Marked as Delivered
If your parcel is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Check your mailbox/doorstep/neighbours.

Contact the delivery carrier to open an investigation.

Notify us afterwards via email or Instagram.
Cases will be reviewed individually. If a replacement is approved, we may request an alternative address to prevent repeat issues.
2. Address Errors
Orders will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional postage fees may apply for parcels returned due to address errors.
